1.Presidential Palace has not authorized any third-party organizations or individuals to handle online or offline ticketing and tour guide services. To ensure your smooth entry into the park and avoid any losses, please make sure to purchase tickets through the official channel, the "南京总统府" WeChat App.
2.Individual visitors are required to make real-name reservations for timed entry tickets. After successfully purchasing tickets, please enter the park with your original ID card during the reserved time slot. The ticket is valid for a single entry on the same day.
3.Refunds can be requested before 22:00 on the day of the visit, and refunds will not be available after the deadline.
