In 28th September, 2011, the ‘Exhibition of Dr. Sun Yat-sen and Nanjing Interim Governmentof the Republic of China’ was opened. The exhibition was divided into five parts: The Victory of Revolution in Nanjing and Sun Yat-sen’s Inauguration; Nine Ministries of the Cabinet and Establishment of the Senate; Abdication of the Qing Emperor and the Provisional Constitution; A President of Ordinary People, Much-Respected Worldwid ; Replacing the Old with the New and Commemorating the Heroes, The exhibition records major historical events from the time when Dr. Sun Yat-sen took his oath of office as interim president on 1st January, 1912 to his proclamation of removal from office on 1st April, 1912, and shows the great contributions Dr. Sun Yat-sen and his Nanjing Interim Government made in promoting the process of historical development of China .
